To new beginnings

A new year often comes with high expectations. It´s a clean slate. I have decided to fill mine with more of all the things I love, like books, films and music. As far as New Year´s resolutions go, 2020 is my favourite.

Auld Lang Syne

Christmas is upon us. I´ve been running around myself these past weeks, trying to get my work done in time for the holidays. Luckily, there´s been time for city wandering as well. I even made it to the Christmas market at Spikersuppa.

A Grand invitation

Winter darkness has always been a struggle for me, especially now when there’s no snow. I´s weird to see bare pavements in December, I haven’t fallen once (which is a first for me). Anyway, receiving a Grand invitation kind of turned things around.

World’s end

Do you ever feel like you need some time alone? Like the walls of your apartment are too thin? I do. And when I do, I like to visit the Opera house. I like the soothing views and the closeness to the water. It´s a spectacular iceberg rising from the fjord. And it´s so quiet.

This is magic

Oslo is not a noisy city compared to others, but I still enjoy quiet adventures on my own. Like when it´s raining, most people stay inside. And then there are events that attract people regardless of the weather, like the Fjord Oslo Light Festival.

Autumn I love you

I truly love this season. I love to snuggle up with a blanket, I love how the colours change, I love hunting for the perfect Autumn sweater, and eating hot soup at cosy cafés. Here are my favourite Oslo autumn photos so far.
